Nobody likes a hypocrite. Do not be hypocritical. Lead by

example. Behave in a way you want to encourage others to

behave. Act in a way that you know deep down inside according to

your values you know you should be acting. Be kind. Be courteous.

Be honest. Be grateful. Be helpful. Be mindful. Exercise. Eat well.

Sleep. Drink less (alcohol not water). If you say you are going to do

something, do it to the best of your ability. Reflect on your own

behavior. Hold yourself accountable. Do not offer advice to someone

else if you’re not doing it or wouldn’t do it yourself. Do not be the

pot calling the kettle black. Avoid criticizing or calling out someone

else for a fault you also have, or something you yourself have done

or are doing.
