“No amount of anxiety makes any difference to anything that is going to happen.”

Almost all your anxieties, stress, worries are of your own making.
Your mind and imagination are running wild. You control
your thoughts. You control your mood. Preparation is a powerful
antidote. The more prepared you are the more your stress and worry
morphs into excitement. There is nothing to be nervous about if you
are prepared. Who cares what other people think. Let go of that.
What difference does it make? Be calm. Be cool. Be collected. Be
the calm person in the room when things get tough. Be confident
(not overconfident). Fear is an excellent motivator. A little fear is
good. Fear helps keep you in check. Reminds you that you are quite
alive. However, you cannot let your fear (or anger) control you.
You control your thoughts. You control how you “feel.” You control how
you react. You control what you do. Focus on what you can control
and stop worrying about what you cannot control. Stop fretting over
all the what ifs? Sometimes you can be your own worst enemy when
you let your fear and anxiety get the better of you.
